Under her leadership, her team has achieved remarkable milestones, including the successful completion and launch of two acclaimed resorts: Club Mahindra Baiguney in West Sikkim and Vivanta Sikkim Pakyong in the Pakyong district. These prestigious projects have gone on to win the HICSA "Best Upscale Hotel Development Awards" in South Asia and the Best Resort Award from the Tourism Department, among others.

Recognized for his outstanding contributions, he was honored with the State Award for Excellence in Tourism in 2022. Additionally, Mr. Marda oversees a small-scale manufacturing unit specializing in corrugated boxes. His dedication to the industry is further evident in his role as Treasurer for SHRA, where he is serving for the second consecutive term.
